Aegon has announced a summer sale on some of its protection policies, starting today.
It includes the following special offers:
• Income protection - savings of up to 10% on monthly premiums.
• Family income benefit range - savings of up to 15% on monthly premiums.
These discounts will apply for the term of the policy. Advisers can get these offers directly through Aegon's secure online services, or via their preferred portal.
Stephen Crosbie, protection director at Aegon UK, said:"2016 got off to a good start for protection with the Q1 results reporting sales up 18% year-on-year.
"We then demonstrated our continued support for advisers and the protection market through several initiatives - the launch of our digital document service and the recent enhancements to our protection menu.
"Our commitment doesn't stop there. Our goal is to increase the number of families protected in the UK. With price being a key barrier to the purchase of protection for some people, we hope that this offer will take us a step closer to reaching the people in most need of protection."
