COVER editor, John Brazier, offers his take on the question of who protection product development is for after sessions at this year’s Protection Review conference.

A number of speakers during the morning's sessions sought to address the question "Product Development: Who Is It Really For?" The natural answer to this question, having listened to the half-dozen or so speakers, is that products have historically and are currently designed for the industry, not consumers.
