Focuses on early intervention and vocational rehabilitation

The Commission for Healthier Working Lives, set up by the Health Foundation, has released its final report highlighting governmental action needed to keep employees healthy and helping them return to work.

According to the report, 8.2 million people of working-age have work-limiting health conditions, with over 300,000 people leaving their jobs each year and ending up out of the workforce with health conditions, which primarily include musculoskeletal or mental health conditions.
