On day four of the Income Protection Action Week (IPAW) 2024, protection experts discussed business protection, managing difficult client conversations and how to ensure a smooth claims journey.

The first session covered the opportunities and challenges presented by income protection (IP) to protect businesses, with panellists including: Nathaniel Lee, managing director, Business Protected; Louise Newnham, adviser, SPF; and Chris Blyth, managing director, Protect365.
