Chair of Protection Distributors Group (PDG) added and programme revealed

PDG chair Alan Knowles will present the keynote address at the first ever COVER Claims Convention at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower on 10 May. An industry body set up in 2016 to help adviser firms drive change in the protection market, the PDG was created with the aim to encourage better outcomes for consumers through insurers and intermediaries. Over the past three years it has launched initiatives such as the Funeral Payment Pledge and the PDG Claims Charter. Knowles joins the likes of Roshani Hewa, head of protection and health at the ABI, and Melissa Collett from the CII on a jam-pack...
