Commercial insurance platform providers are showing interest in the life space in a bid to help improve the accessibility and cost of cover for the self-employed, writes Suzanne Clarkson

A combination of the rapid growth of contractors, evolving rights for the gig quotient, and the need (whether they know it or not!) for certain protections, a specialist platform in the commercial insurance sector is considering extending its tech know-how into the life space.
