Jelf Employee Benefits launches new hub

Jelf Employee Benefits has launched a new employee benefits hub, Personify, in partnership with SBC Systems UK.

The new cloud-based platform will put all benefits data into a single platform, enabling better-informed decisions.

The platform is designed to be personalised for each employee and is modular and so can be expanded as a company's needs expand.

Personify will include HR, payroll and benefits data so employees can view their benefits package and offers multiple enrolment windows to allow updates to preferences.

Legislative changes are automatically updated in the system and can process data from payroll, HR employees and providers and return it to users in a single processing cycle.

Richard McKinley-Price, head of benefits management at Jelf Employee Benefits said: "There's no doubt we are in an era of unprecedented change and the expectations of employers and employees - particularly the increasingly tech-savvy generation - are on the rise.

"Personify responds to this and with its user-friendly interface and modular design, can be rapidly personalised to meet each of our client's needs.

"It benefits from multiple enrolment windows too, so individuals can quickly and easily update their benefits selections as and when it suits them.

"We believe we're very well placed to offer this type of cutting-edge benefits platform.

"We have coal-face experience of the frustrations our clients have had with legacy solutions but we also understand that technology needs to go hand in hand with advice and consultancy - which we already successfully deliver across a range of employee benefits, financial education and executive counselling.

"We're delighted to have partnered with SBC Systems who have a proven track record in creating advanced technology solutions that drive down the cost and effort of delivering reward services and drive up employee understanding and engagement.

He added: "Our partnership is ongoing and we have plans for continued developments to Personify over the coming months."
