Exeter Family Friendly launches new IP app for advisers

Exeter Family Friendly has launched an app enabling advisers to quote its range of income protection (IP) products on the go.

This joins the mutual's existing app that helps advisers quote their modular Private Medical Insurance product, Health Choices for Me.

Mike O'Brien, head of sales and marketing at Exeter Family Friendly said: "We know that success in any market isn't only about the quality of your products, but also the speed and ease with which advisers can access them."

The theory behind this app is simple; we want advisers to be able to get a quote for any of our IP products with just a few taps, anywhere, anytime."

Currently available for iPhone and iPad, advisers simply need to search ‘Exeter Family' in the App Store to download.

O'Brien added: "This is yet another example of how we are looking to assist advisers to elevate the importance of income protection in the minds of consumers."
