Partnership funding athletes

Partnership is launching a mentoring and financial support scheme for young athletes in surrey, where the long term care annuity provider has offices.

The scheme, launched by Olympic medallist, Rebecca Romero, involves four athletes to be selected by a panel of judges from a short list of 16.

The winning athletes will be individuals who are best suited to become ambassadors for the County and for whom the funding and mentoring will make a real difference.

Jane Kennedy, chief operating officer, Partnership, commented :"We are a large employer in the Redhill area and firmly believe in supporting local talent.

"This Scheme endorses the fact that we think it is very important to give back to the local community and, at the same time, help young aspiring athletes to achieve their aims.

"It is fantastic to have Rebecca Romero on board with Partnership supporting this initiative. We couldn't think of a better champion to represent this scheme."
