Alico has been rebranded under the MetLife name following its acquisition by the company in November.

The move applies to assets including the Employee Benefits and Agency business operating in the UK protection market.

Mike Kirsch, CEO at Alico UK and EMEA Wealth Management, said: "Since November a lot of work has been taking place on a number of important initiatives to ensure we are well-positioned for the future.

"The re-branding of the Employee Benefits and Agency propositions lays the foundation for us to grow our protection businesses, which is one of our key strategic objectives in the UK.

"This also means that we will go to market under the MetLife brand for all of our UK offerings," he added.
