When I think about my hopes for the UK life insurance market as we transition from 2023 into 2024, I can draw parallels with the auspicious Chinese zodiac symbol of the year - the Dragon. Similar to this wonderful mythical creature, I hope that the market is ready and poised for a year of strength, charisma, resilience, courage and passion. The Year of the Dragon is synonymous with strength and power. I am encouraged to see our market embrace the strength and power of technological advancements and leverage artificial intelligence and data analytics to offer consumers products and services...
