Taking holidays from work is crucial to boost our health and wellbeing, and holidays benefit business. They improve employee engagement, retention and recruitment, help staff feel valued and they tend to return from holidays refreshed and motivated.  Determining the right policies around paid time off however, can be difficult, particularly for companies with global employees.
