Guardian updates online portal for policyholder engagement

Provider, Guardian, has made a series of updates to its online portal, MyGuardian, aiming to promote ongoing client engagement with protection.

The enhancements were designed to improve ease for policyholders to understand and engage with their cover, so policyholders can stay up to date with their policy, understand what they are protected for and improve the added value benefits experience. As part of the updates, there will be real-time cover details; online booking for GP, emotional wellbeing, and aches and pains appointments; checking beneficiaries, viewing cover upgrades and a feedback feature.
