Research from Canada Life shows that around two-thirds of staff working from home feel their wellbeing is being supported by employers. Research conducted among 2,000 UK adults found that 62% of employees still working from home said that their employer has taken a genuine interest in their wellbeing and mental health during the pandemic. Meanwhile, more than six in 10 (63%) employees said working from home has improved their work-life balance and over half (55%) said it has had a positive impact on their mental health.
