Scheme specifically designed to help runners decrease their risk of injury

Healthcare provider Simplyhealth has announced a new scheme designed to support those engaging in daily fitness activities. The scheme is designed to offer a range of benefits to customers, including access to sports massages, gait analysis with the help of a podiatrist and a ‘body MOT' health assessment, designed to give individuals an insight into their current health and fitness in relation to running.
