Wren Life and Alder Life, both Lloyds syndicates, have merged bringing together the individual, group and European arms of the business. The new group will trade as Wren Life syndicate 389 and will be jointly underwritten by Kim Rowley and Nick Allen.
Rowley said: 'There will be more of an emphasis on promoting abilities across the term assurance spectrum. Previously the Bristol office specialised in individual protection and Wren in London specialised in group. We now bring all facets of the business into one.'
