Exchange FS is providing IFAs with instant access to news and information relating to long term care insurance (LTCI), with the launch of a new LTC centre available via The Exchange portal, writes Kirstie Redford.
The service, which aims to help advisers understand LTC issues and increase sales in the market, is due to be launched by the end of December. Specialist news and features, provided by the COVER editorial team, will be available through the centre.
The centre has been developed following the results of research carried out by Exchange FS. Over 90% of customers said a central information resource would help their understanding and hopefully increase their level of LTC sales.
Stephen Wynne-Jones, head of life and health protection at Exchange FS, said: 'IFAs have told us they needed a single point of reference for LTC information. This was backed up by our research which found they are keen to have easy access to information on LTC providers, products and industry issues.'
