The Chartered Insurance Institute's director general, Dr Sandy Scott, will be opening this year's Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries (AMII) conference, taking place at the Hotel Ibis in London's Earl's Court on 14 June.
Other speakers include Shaun Matisonn, chief executive officer of PruHealth, who will be looking at the changing needs of consumers, and Professor Nick Bosanquet, consultant director of Reform, who will be exploring the implications of public policy on the private health sector.
Allianz Worldwide Care's chief executive, Ron Buchan, will also be speaking at the conference, and former Government adviser Alastair Campbell will be giving the closing presentation speech.
