Three in four intermediaries do not think the private medical insurance (PMI) market will escape the trend of dwindling sales in 2005, according to COVER's latest web poll. Some 75% of respondents to the online survey said they expect PMI sales figures to remain level or decline further over the next 12 months. Meanwhile, only 25% thought the market would head towards a brighter future. This month's poll asks whether mortgage payment protection insurance policies should come with a warning following criticism that the products are not transparent enough. To have your say, please visit www.covermagazine.co.uk to cast your vote.
