System measures employee health

Aon has launched a new healthcare management system that offers support for employers by giving advice on the most effective provision of internal and external occupational health services. The consulting firm launched the service in response to what it said was the "increased burden on employers to improve employee wellbeing services and integrate areas such as absence management, long-term disability and medical insurance". The new system, called occupation health consulting, will measure the impact on business of health services, the benefits of delivery methods and identify wellness products for employees.
