BUPA has announced the launch of a new panel of IFAs who specialise in advising on and selling long-term care insurance.

The panel is made up of 110 IFAs who have demonstrated a sound knowledge of all the financial, legal and social implications of long term care funding.

The panel has been set up to ensure that people who are considering taking out long term care can get access to impartial and professional advice. Les Schroeter, Business manager long term care at BUPA, said: "The long term care panel is one of the core elements of a new service for people seeking information about long term care payment and funding options."
