Police Mutual receives first standard quality mark

Police Mutual has become the first friendly society to be awarded the Raising Standards quality mark by the Pensions Protection Investments Accred-itation Board.

Graham Berville, chief executive of Police Mutual, said: 'Raising standards is just as relevant to smaller companies as it is to the larger ones. I hope others will follow suit and embrace the scheme's principles.'
