Lincoln adds LTC
In July 1998 long term care (LTC) was prominent in the news, as Lincoln added LTC cover to its umbrella package of protection products, Financial Foundations. In the same month the Association of IFAs released a members guide on the LTC market, covering care options and insurance solutions, the advice process and marketing. Other news included Norwich Union re-launching its mortgage endowment plan with optional critical illness cover and a reduction in premiums.
