Next month, the inaugural ProtectZ conference takes place in London. Devised and hosted by Protection Review, the morning conference promises to be different in that all speakers are under the age of 30.

Ahead of the event, which aims to promote and understand the views of younger people working in the protection industry (see full agenda), we spoke to some of the people taking part to see why they are keen to be involved. What do you hope to get out of speaking at the event?
