The recent COVER article ‘Claims and Underwriting: Claiming after an induced coma' underlined two key aspects relating to the protection industry. First, it highlighted how important it is for a consumer to have an adviser. Somebody with the knowledge and motivation to fight their corner to obtain the required outcome.
