WPA picks up the award for customer care at BIA event

WPA has won best customer care provider at this year's British Insurance Awards (BIA).

This was revealed at the BIA ceremony, which took place at the Royal Albert Hall at the beginning of July.

Other winners of this year's awards were Legal & General, for the best life insurer, while the prize for best rehabilitation provider went to UnumProvident.
