Misys acquisition is agreed by Rubicon

Rubicon is to acquire Misys Claims Management from Misys plc. The agreement enables Misys to focus on distribution-related activities in the UK life and pensions, and general insurance sectors.

Bradley Brandon-Cross, joint chief executive of Rubicon, said: 'Rubicon now encompasses high-quality first notification of loss, technical claims handling, recoveries and inspection services.'
