Zurich and Eagle Star come out top in raising standards

Zurich Life and Eagle Star Life have gained accreditation under the Raising Standards quality scheme. The Pensions Protection Investments Accreditation Board (PPIAB), which awards the quality mark, focus on the delivery of three consumer promises. They are, clear and comparable consumer information, the appropriateness of products bought, and customer service. Brands representing 45% of the market have set up raising standards teams, 31% have gained accreditation.
