UK loss adjusting firm, Cunningham Lindsey, has launched a new injury management company.
The new business, entitled Corpore, is a joint venture between Cunningham Lindsey UK and Australian management specialists, Konekt.
Both firms have developed Corpore in a bid to tackle sickness absence in the UK.
It hopes to help employers keep injured employees in the workplace by finding them a suitable temporary position, as well as reducing the average injury period experienced by staff.
To achieve this, a team of qualified injury management consultants (IMC) has been appointed and each injured person will have their own IMC consultant assigned to them.
Commenting on the launch, Nick Patterson, managing director of Corpore, said: "We are more than a case management service, we look to educate key parties on best process, and provide proactive support to injured workers to achieve the best possible outcome.
"We offer a multi-level service and look forward to working with organisations to develop services that best suit their business and their key performance indicators," he said.
