COVER online poll
Nearly nine in 10 intermediaries think the cost of private medical insurance has to come down for the market to survive, according to COVER's latest online survey.
The web poll revealed that 87.5% of respondents believe that premiums need to be slashed if customers are to ever show a real interest in the product. Only 12.5% disagreed.
This month's survey asks intermediaries whether they have ever stopped recommending a particular insurance company solely because of poor service.
