Levene merges with PHP but keeps consultancy role

Valerie Levene, private medical insurance adviser, has merged with The Private Health Partnership (PHP). Levene's business was established in 1993 and has over 350 company healthcare schemes on its books. PHP, which is part of the Skipton Building Society group, will keep its name through the merger, with Levene's business being rebranded. Levene will continue to have a hands-on consultancy role in the business. Peter Bye, director at PHP, said: "Working with Valerie is a tremendous endorsement to our business."
