HSA has extended its portfolio of products to include a new healthcare cash plan for the corporate market.

The product enables policyholders to claim a full refund on all optical and dental benefits. A 75% refund is available for the cost of physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathy treatment.

As part of the launch, a new health screening benefit has been introduced to encourage customers to be more pro-active in seeking early diagnosis for all health concerns. The provider says the introduction of the benefit is reflective of Laing & Buisson's Health- care market review 2002-2003 figures, illustrating an 80% increase in health screening over the last 10 years.

Recognising corporate needs to be flexible and adaptable, HSA has created a 'change of job' feature which allows premiums to be waived for one month for employees changing employer and therefore leav- ing their corporate payroll deduction scheme.

Discussing the reasons behind the launch, Chris Harrison, marketing and sales director at HSA, said: 'Everyday health plans should be ranking as one of the most important and cost effective employee benefits, as they can aid staff retention and the management of sickness absence. Simplicity is crucial to employers and employees and we have endeavoured to achieve this with our latest launch.'
