Royal London has signed an agreement with RED ARC, meaning all Royal London critical illness policyholders have access to RED ARC services at no cost.
As soon as Royal London accepts a claim the service will provide practical advice to enable claimants to get the most out of the NHS and Social Services.
Richard Thomas, managing director of RED ARC, said: 'Having a source of help and advice whenever you need it cannot be underestimated.'
