Legal & General has launched a new support pack and DVD for advisers selling family protection business.
The pack contains a guide on selling opportunities and understanding the needs of clients; tips, case studies and product summaries; flyers outlining family protection and its importance; and a customer guide to the five main life stages and the need for protection at each one.
Bonnie Burns, protection product marketing director at L&G, said: "Our support pack will help advisers identify sales opportunities, understand clients' needs and provide sample lead generation letters. It's all about practical support at a time when the need for protection has never been greater, yet many people are failing to consider this type of insurance."
The DVD entitled 'Let's Talk Protection - bringing protection to life' uses case studies that outline the need for families to take out protection alongside highlighting best practice for maximising sales.
