Norwich Union Healthcare will offer its policyholders discounts of up to 40% on various gyms across the UK. The insurer has teamed up with Health Force, a gym membership discount website, to provide 15% to 40% cheaper gym rates for its private medical insurance, group income protection and occupational health customers. Gyms include LA Fitness, Harpers and Body Sense.
Rachel March, proposition development manager at Norwich Union Healthcare, said: "The launch of the scheme supports our strategy to be a leading provider of healthcare solutions. It also helps meet corporate customer needs to reduce sickness and absence by encouraging employees to look after their health."
