Michael Portillo MP has been announced as the keynote speaker at the Association of Medical Insurance Intermediaries' (AMII) forthcoming conference, Changing Times.
The politician, who will be standing down from Parliament at the next election, will be talking about the relationship between business and politics at the conference in London on 15 June.
A presentation will also be made by well-known industry commentator, Peter Le Beau, who will be discussing the change in thinking in healthcare protection.
A dinner will be held the night before the conference, and an exhibition incorporating the major private medical insurance players will run alongside the event.
