Software provider Marlborough Stirling has appointed a new chief executive. Mike O'Leary will replace former chief executive Huw Evans, who will resume his previous role of chairman. O'Leary previously served on the board of Misys and was chief executive of both its financial services division and US healthcare division. He has also worked with a number of private equity-backed companies in the financial services software sector. "The combination of excellent operational management skills, knowledge of the financial services industry and plc board experience makes Mike the ideal candidate to lead the next phrase of Marlborough Stirling's development," said Evans.
