A new third party underwriting and claims risk management service has been set up by Graham Spittles and John Dearing, previously chief underwriters at Royal & Sun Alliance and Prudential, respectively.
Software provider Marlborough Stirling, which owns the majority share in the company, has formerly launched the new business ' Otter Risk Solutions. It is expected that Otter will provide synergies with Marlborough Stirling's Exweb IFA portal, to maximise the number of business submissions that are accepted automatically.
