AXA PPP healthcare has launched the first of its business support manuals for intermediaries to help them meet the challenges of forthcoming regulation. Part one comprises commentaries and Q&As on the customer classification, status disclosure, assessing demands and needs, recomending a suitable product, inducements and training and competence. It also features tips on preparing an action plan for achieving Financial Services Authority (FSA) compliance. A second instalment is set to be issued in October and will cover further aspects of FSA regulation such as professional development.
