LifeSearch opts for MorganAsh system

LifeSearch has contracted Morgan-Ash to undertake tele-interviews for its clients, it has emerged.

The system will provide an inde-pendent interview of the medical part of the application process.

Tom Baigrie, managing director at LifeSearch, said the aim was for providers to procure the tele-interview service. Kevin Carr, head of protection strategy at LifeSearch, said life offices should be keen as they would be making underwriting decisions based on third-party content.
