Traded endowment specialists PolicyPlus has launched freetrawl.com, an online trawling facility that aims to revolutionise the often cumbersome way endowments are sold.
David Carrington, sales and marketing director, said: "IFAs find trawling for the best quote for their clients' unwanted endowment policies is a time-consuming administrative task.
"With so many market makers in the industry, to be sure of getting the best quote an IFA must deal with up to 10 sets of paperwork which arrive at different times with different layouts."
But not only is freetrawl.com free for IFAs to use, it will also help meet the compliance conditions and give best advice by generating quotes from all regulated market makers, leaving the IFA free to choose which offer is best for their client.
