Legal & General scooped up an astonishing six awards at the LifeSearch annual awards bash at the end of February.
The massive win came as the insurer picked up the award for Best Service Provider; Best New Initiative; Best Underwriting Team; Most Improved Provider and Best Overall Provider. Together with Royal Liver, it also became the joint winner of the newly introduced Treating Customers Fairly Award.
Previously, no provider had won more than four LifeSearch awards in any one year.
Liverpool Victoria also had a good day at the ceremony, winning the Best Income Protection Provider Award for the fourth year running.
