Gallagher Employee Benefits (GEB) has launched its rebranded consultancy service following the merger of Heath Lambert Employee Benefits and Gallagher Risk & Reward.
GEB now effectively becomes the UK employee benefits brand of Arthur J. Gallagher International.
A statement from the firm said it would focus on delivering strategic advice and solutions across a range of areas affecting UK business, including pensions, life, disability, healthcare, employee wellness and benefit choice.
Michael Brown chief executive of GEB, said: "The coming together of the two businesses under a common brand will strengthen and underpin our business.
"UK companies have had a tough year, and 2012 is set to get even harder, with auto-enrolment and other major initiatives impacting on corporate budgets, and it is now more important than ever for firms to have copper-bottomed, sustainable employee benefits strategies and the necessary policies in place."
Tim Johnson, managing director of GEB, added: "Increasing legislative impact on the workplace and an ever widening range of complex corporate issues affecting large, medium and smaller companies means employers need innovative and reliable advice on benefits more than ever."
