In recent years a rise of importance has been placed on what benefits an employer can offer to their workforce. According to research by EBRI, a huge 69% of employees have admitted that a better benefits offering would be enough to make them choose one job over another. But, get the benefits package right and 75% of employees are more likely to stay put with their current employer. Some companies are putting this shift at the centre of their recruitment...
