Intermediary portal The Exchange has launched a revised version of its website building tool for IFAs, AdviserNet Web Builder Gold.
The company has also released two new trading components that can be added to existing websites, with a third focusing on term assurance and mortgage protection, which will be launched later in the year.
The Exchange's concept for the Gold product is to combine the cost and time savings of using templates with a certain degree of bespoke features.
Tim Love, head of investment products at The Exchange, said: 'On the Gold service, there is unlimited flexibility, IFAs can add unlimited content, allowing them to focus on any niche areas they may be interested in.'
IFAs can personalise the design, have full control over content and are not limited to the number of pages that can be included.
At the moment, the software does not specifically address life and health assurance, but IFAs can easily incorporate it themselves. Love said: 'We are working on these products to be available as add-ons by the middle of the year. Meanwhile, if an IFA has information on the protection market that they already use in brochures and so on, then they can easily cut and paste this into their Gold website, with full control over the menus and sub-menus.'
For the £65 per month fee IFAs receive Moneyinfo, an animated product guide to help educate clients and develop sales. It also includes news feeds, a hit counter, customisable buttons and a series of interactive calculators for mortgage repayments, money purchase pension schemes and lump sum savings. The two new plug in trading components, available for £25 per month will assist IFAs in the investment and general insurance markets.
