Legal & General launches a new group IP benefit guide

Legal & General has produced a new guide for IFAs outlining how group income protection (IP) schemes can benefit employers. The guide, Group Income Protection - Solutions for a changing world, offers advice on absence management, employee assistance programmes and benefit management. The launch of the guide coincides with the announcement that Legal and General's group IP plan has been modified. Schemes with more than 80 members will now qualify for benefit of up to £90,000 a year, before medical evidence is required.
