OneFamily has promoted Ryan Griffin to protection director amid plans to consolidate the mutual’s agenda for growth in the protection space.

Griffin has been director of product and pricing at online life insurer Beagle Street since April 2022, prior to which he was associate director of product at BGL Group, which Beagle Street was part of before its acquisition by OneFamily at the end of 2022. His career in protection has included stints as head of protection at Post Office, Swiss Re's manager of new business origination for EMEA, and head of protection partnerships at Ageas Protect and marketing and communications manager at Ageas Protect.
