A youth ambassador for a children’s bereavement charity has shared her story of how having protection in place helped her cope with grief as a teenager, ahead of National Grief Awareness Week.

The story features in the third episode of the AIG Life OneChat podcast, which aims to help financial advisers highlight the wellbeing support protection insurance provides, and normalise conversations about childhood grief. Olivia Hepburn, 19, talks about how her dad died when she was only 12-years-old after a long and difficult struggle with a rare form of cancer, and the impact of his death on her.
