Santé Group adds dementia support app to employee benefits platform

Santé Group has partnered with dementia digital engagement business, Memory Lane Games, to support employees who are caring for someone with the disease.

Under the partnership, Santé will embed the Memory Lane Games' structured cognitive stimulation app into its employee benefits platform, MySanté. The app will provide a tool to share personalised connections and reminiscences through a third-party supporter or carer who will share resources to calm and reassure, Santé detailed. Alongside the app functionality, employees will have access to support articles and video-based tutorials to help with the combined pressures of working and caring.
