Howden EBW names Saba Haran as employee benefits director

Former vice president head of workplace savings at Lockton

Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing has named Saba Haran as its first employee benefits director in Scotland.

Haran's appointment supports the firm's growth in Scotland and she will work with businesses to develop strategies for a "healthy, happy and productive workforce", managing director Cheryl Brennan detailed. Haran has over 27 years of experience in the financial services sector, with the last 13 years spent in employee benefits. She joins from Lockton where she was vice president head of workplace savings, prior to which she worked at Capita Employee Solutions for four years as senior reward & strategy consultant and client relationship director.
